EFDS: Community Living
The client came to EFDS Creative Agency to find a brand positioning and strategy as they enter into a growing market of shared living and work spaces. The client requested research on the existing market and the current trends. A competitive audit was conducted which included community living, shared work spaces, types of social groups, and how communities are formed through proximity and digital experiences.
Community is fundamental to the human condition. The research focused around human behaviors and the different ways people choose to live. The client was provided information on the successes and challenges of existing community work and living spaces. The audit highlighted all types of groups and social communities that provide a sense of home. These included fitness companies and gyms, CSA/Community Supported Agriculture groups, and members-only social clubs.
